Absolutely. FedEx and UPS both have published money-back guarantee policies. You are entitled to a refund when they miss their promised delivery date. We simply automate the claim process that you could do yourself manually.
We request read-only OAuth access to your Gmail. We only look at shipping-related emails (FedEx, UPS, USPS). We never read, store, or process any other emails. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
It depends on how much you ship and which carriers you use. FedEx and UPS both offer full shipping cost refunds for late deliveries — even a few Priority packages per month adds up fast.
We only charge our 25% on successful recoveries. If a claim is rejected, you pay nothing. We'll also re-file rejected claims with additional documentation when possible.
Refunds are typically issued as account credits with the carrier. We track when the credit is applied and send you a report. For business accounts, credits can also be applied to future shipping costs.
