Acceptance

By using LateBack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

LateBack automatically scans your Gmail for shipping notification emails, identifies late deliveries, and files refund claims with carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) on your behalf. We charge a 25% commission on any refund we successfully recover for you. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.

Commission & Payment

• LateBack charges 25% of the refund amount recovered from the carrier.
• You authorize LateBack to charge your saved payment method when a refund is confirmed.
• If a claim is denied by the carrier, no commission is charged.
• Refund amounts depend on the carrier's policies and the shipping service used. LateBack does not guarantee any specific refund amount.

Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and maintain a valid payment method.
• You authorize LateBack to act on your behalf when filing refund claims with carriers.
• You are responsible for ensuring you are eligible to file claims for the shipments in your account.
• You may not use LateBack for fraudulent claims or misrepresentation to carriers.

Gmail Access

You grant LateBack read-only access to your Gmail to identify shipping-related emails. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings. Revoking access will disable the scanning functionality.

No Guarantees

LateBack does not guarantee that claims will be approved by carriers. Carrier refund policies may change. Late delivery determinations are based on available tracking data which may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Limitation of Liability

LateBack is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the commission fees you have paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LateBack after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
